To inform the Walker Capital Compliance Team with details of your complaint you can call us on +61 8076 2210; or alternatively, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide acknowledgement of receipt of written complaints within 5 business days, and seek to resolve and respond to complaints within 30 business days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint, and provide you with our decision, and the reasons on which it is based, in writing.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision or the way we handled your complaint, we will transfer the complaint to Trend Investor Services Pty Ltd (ACN: 161 284 500), who is the MDA Operator and a member of the Financial Ombudsman Service Limited (‘FOS’).
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service (“FOS”) *contact details below, an approved external dispute resolution scheme, of which Trend is a member. You may also make a complaint via the ASIC free call Info line on 1300 300 630.
