To inform the Walker Capital Compliance Team with details of your complaint, you can call us on +61 8076 2210; or, alternatively, email us at email@example.com. We will provide acknowledgement of receipt of written complaints within 5 business days and seek to resolve and respond to complaints within 30 business days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint, and provide you with our decision and the reasons on which it is based in writing.

If you are dissatisfied with our decision or the way we handled your complaint, we will transfer the complaint to the Product Issuer in the Financial Services Guide.
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. Contact details below, an approved external dispute resolution scheme, you first must allow an opportunity to resolve the complaint.
